Ground Regulations 2007/8 Season |
Petersfield Town Football Club reserves the right of Admission to the ground. On no
account will admission be granted to any person who is subject to a current
banning order.
Petersfield Town Football Club reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons who refuse to be searched by a Steward, Club Official or Police Officer.
ANY PERSON FOUND TO BE IN BREACH OF THE FOLLOWING WILL
BE EJECTED FROM THE GROUND AND MAY BE BANNED FROM
ATTENDING FUTURE MATCHES AND/OR ARRESTED AND FACE
PROSECUTION.
(Football Spectators Act 1989,Football [Offences and Disorder] Act 1999).
The throwing of any object within the ground.
Taking part in indecent or racist chanting.
Entry onto the field of play or any adjacent area.
The use of threatening behaviour, foul or abusive language.
Persistent standing in any designated walkway.
The obstruction of gangways, access, and exit points.
The climbing of any structures.
An adult must accompany minors under the age of 12.
Fireworks, Flares, Smoke canisters, Laser devices, Glass vessels, or any item that
could be used as a weapon are not permitted in the ground. (Except on authorised
events)
THE FOLLOWING ARE OFFENCES
(The Sporting Events Control of Alcohol Act 1985)
Attempting to enter the ground while drunk.
Being in possession of intoxicating liquor whilst entering the ground.
Being in possession of alcohol in an area from which the game could be directly
viewed.
Any person failing to comply with instructions from a Club Steward, Official or
Police Officer will be ejected from the ground.
Persons are admitted to this ground subject to their acceptance of the above ground
regulations.
